I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of your yoga practice. I feel my chosen path is to introduce and inspire others in discovering the physical and underlying benefits of yoga. Fitness has always been a huge passion of mine. I believe we are all meant to be active and move our bodies. The first time I stepped onto a yoga mat I fell in love with the practice. At first, I was drawn to the physical aspect of how challenging yoga is. As I continued to practice not only did I become more flexible and strong, but I began to feel a shift in my mental and spiritual experiences with much more balance and mindfulness. Yoga truly has changed my life and continues to every day. Yoga has taught me to love myself and sit quietly with my own soul.

I invite you to join me and create your own practice. I want you to fall in love with your workout!  You will find my classes super fun and full of movement. Yoga is not just a workout-it’s a chance to create, let go, connect and sweat with intention.




I have been practicing for 10+ years and teaching for 5+ years. My professional training consists of a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Certification (200RYT). I received my 200RYT through Yoga Medicine with Tiffany Cruikshank. I have also completed 60-hours of myofascial release, a 60-hour spine module and a 30-hour cadaver lab with Yoga Medicine, I consider myself a lifelong student by practicing daily and continuing my education.

I teach welcoming, playful, rejuvenating Vinyasa flow classes that offer opportunities for building strength, connection to self, promoting balance and inducing physical and mental relaxation. I believe becoming your own best friend, cultivating a joyful spirit, and discovering vibrant health through flowing movement and breath can guide all to a healthier way of experiencing life.
