Hello! My name is Brittany Waddle. I am a current senior at Oklahoma State, studying nutrition. I have always loved health, fitness, and living an active lifestyle. I began practicing yoga in 2015, and immediately fell in love with the way it distresses and detoxes me. My practice first began by focusing on my physical body and the way it felt, but began to transform into a practice of focusing on my breathing and letting go of everyday stresses. I began to see the benefits of the practice and how it positively affected my mindset and body. I received my 200 Hr certification through Sola School in Portland, Oregon. I love to come up with interesting vinyasa flows and incorporate some power yoga moves to break a sweat and increase heart rate. My favorite part about teaching is showing my students how to incorporate yoga into their everyday lives and watching individuals find their own version of yoga.
