Buti Yoga fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting movement. Buti Yoga uses a spiral structure technique which trains the muscles in synergistic pairs- core and back, deep and superficial, to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Buti favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion. THE RESULT-long, lean muscle with sexy curves.

Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” The Buti Tribe believes the only true cure comes from within. The practice of Buti Yoga helps women strip away the layers that hide this cure, tap into their inner power to unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire, bond with other women instead of competing and bring about your total transformation.

People don’t quite know what to think of Buti Yoga at first. Will you feel a little uncomfortable in your first Buti class experience? The answer is probably yes. So, it is highly recommended to attend at least three classes. The students that walk through the studio doors with an open mind to have a TRUE Buti experience will undoubtedly become lifelong Buti addicts.
