Lisa Jeanne Fisher started practicing yoga to ﬁnd wellness and healing. She teaches yoga with compassion, a ready sense of humor, and a watchful eye towards her students. She’s learned from experience: to struggle, to fall, to accept, to analyze, to adapt… and also to humbly and joyfully succeed. Lisa earned her Yoga Alliance RYT200 teacher certiﬁcate in Stillwater, OK. Most recently, she traveled to Kripalu Yoga Center to complete PreNatal Yoga Training with Jacci Gruninger, of Pranakriya School.
